Owner/President
Daisy welcomed the opportunity to purchase Bedford Children's Center in 2011 after having spent many years as a parent of the center with her two children. Her positive experiences there inspired her to take on this new and exciting role. Daisy is a working parent and a very active volunteer in the Bedford community. She is a former Director of the Bedford Family Connection and BEST/PTO and an ongoing volunteer in Bedford.
As a graduate of The Ohio State University, Daisy also holds her Master's in Education from UMASS Boston and her EEC Director Certification. She brings over 20 years of recruiting and HR experience to the center.
Director
Jillian grew up in a family daycare in Burlington. When she was old enough, she became a certified assistant before attending college. Throughout college, Jillian worked at the Italian Home for Children as a residential childcare worker. She graduated from Mount Ida College with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and has her Early Childhood Education Leadership Certificate from Middlesex Community College. Jillian came to BCC in 2016 as the infant teacher and quickly rose to the challenge of taking on more management responsibilities, ultimately welcoming the role of Director of the center. Jillian’s management style with our ever-growing team has resulted in a wonderful work environment and in turn a daycare that people are scrambling to enroll in. Jillian partners with our parents to ensure smooth transitions and the best care that anyone can find for their little one. We are so lucky to have such a kind, loving, and talented leader at our school.

Breanna has been a part of our team for over five years now. Breanna graduated from Rivier University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and has also earned her EEC Director certification. When Breanna started here at BCC, she was the infant room teacher. With Breanna's versatility, knowledge, and flexibility, she has since taught in every classroom, mastering child curriculum and teacher development, ultimately leading to her promotion as Assistant Director. We are so grateful for all that she does for our BCC community!

Kaitlin has been a part of our team for over five years now. She started as a Tiny Tots teacher and has since taught in every classroom. Kaitlin specializes in record keeping, website design, event planning and implementation, interior design, and all things creative which lead to her promotion as Administrative Manager. She has earned all of her EEC certifications and is Director certified. Kaitlin keeps us organized, and is always thinking of ways to improve the school. Her love for helping children grow and develop mixed with her love for art and creating makes her such a valuable part of our team. We are so thankful for all that she does for our team and families!

She is currently working towards her EEC Director certification. When Daphne started at BCC, she was the Preschool teacher. She has since taught in every classroom, but her heart remains in Sprouts. Daphne is a strong, caring, and enthusiastic teacher. She is a natural leader with great interpersonal skills and parent connections, ultimately leading to her role as Evening Manager. We are so appreciative of everything Daphne does for our community!
"Sending our kids to bcc is one of the best decisions we made for our kids. The care, love and learning our kids got at BCC has been overwhelming and we couldn't have asked for anything more. As both Reya and Amay transitioned from infancy to toddlerhood and early childhood - BCC was always there for us. You all are a big part of their developmental milestones and we couldn't have done it without you. Both our children thoroughly enjoyed their time at BCC. Any extended vacation we have been on in the last few years, at about day three or four the kids would always say when will I go back to BCC - that's a testament for how much fun they had. The experiences they had, the friendships they built, the values they developed are all foundational to ultimately becoming good and responsible human beings. Amay and Reya have different personalities, different strengths/opportunities and their path to getting ready for Kindergarten was different too. I particularly appreciated the flexibility the teachers had by letting the kids be who they are and yet creating an environment that accelerated their learning and emotional development. It wasn't a cookie cutter approach. I sincerely thank all of the BCC team members - present and ex, for their unwavering support to our kids. Finally, a special thanks to Mr. John and Ms. Sharon for everything they have done for Amay. He thrived during the past year because of their support. Thank you, once again!!"
