About Us

Bedford Children's Center is a fully licensed, state accredited, independent, family run childcare center. As of the summer of 2011, the BCC is now owned and operated by Daisy and Mike Girifalco of Bedford who have resided here since 2003. Both of their young children, now in the Bedford school system, were students at the center for several years.

Administration

Daisy Girifalco - Bedford Children's Center President

Daisy Girifalco, President, welcomed the recent opportunity to purchase the BCC after having spent many years as a parent of the center. Her positive experiences there inspired her to take on this new and exciting role. Daisy is a working parent and a very active volunteer in the Bedford community. She is a former Director of The Bedford Family Connection and an ongoing volunteer with Bedford BEST/PTO.

As a graduate of The Ohio State University, Daisy also holds her Master's in Education from UMASS Boston. She brings nearly 20 years of recruiting and HR experience to the center. Daisy will be managing the center's active enrollment, community outreach, support and mentoring of the staff and overseeing day to day business management. Daisy may be contacted via email at daisy@bedfordchildrenscenter.com.

With the help of the wonderful BCC staff and families and the Bedford community, the center will carry on the tradition of care, nurturing and partnering with families to support them in their journey of raising their children.
